Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

I would highly recommend Ade and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He always responded promptly, his work is off high quality and he pays lots of attention to details and the final looks. He did three different jobs for us and every time we were very happy with the result. Ade is also a great person to be around and has great peoples skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Leigh did an outstanding peice of precision cornice work for us which we are massively pleased with. The room itself was challenging to say the least as with an old house nothing is square. However his skill and craftsmanship is reflected in the overall finish. The cost was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Leigh to anyone considering this type of work.

Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving. What was also helpful was that they explained what they were doing as they were going along. I would happily use [COMPANY_NAME] again.

Nick did a really good job for us in very short notice before Xmas. His quote was reasonable and quality of his work good. He also kept his word and supplied us with a guarantee for the damp work done. We will definitely use him again.

Chris and Gavin are very hardworking, experienced and knowledgeable gardeners which is demonstrated by their excellent results. We hired them to re-landscape our garden and have continued to employ them to maintain our garden on a fortnightly basis. I was very happy with the work that Daniel did for me. It was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. I felt comfortable leaving him to get on with the job and he cleaned up properly when he had finished. Chris, Bill and Karl have done a brilliant job of rebuilding the inside of my house! The quality of their work is excellent and the end product is excellent. The job was a complete rebuild of the inside of the house including a new kitchen, bathroom, replacing new walls and structural work. Their quote was the most thorough and competitive, there were no hidden add-ons and they have been very good to fix the few minor snags without quibble. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend PR&R.
