Very pleased with the work, the approach and the service - all excellent. The quote was produced quickly, the work started soon after and the standard of workmanship proved to be first class. The workman could not have been more considerate while in our house and always left the kitchen tidy for the evening. Highly recommend and I will certainly go to them again for future work.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
