We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

James and his team replaced the whole roof and carried out pointing and a pipe replacement all within 2 days. Forwarded photos of pre stage and every stage up to completion. Hi entire team were professional and polite , and while only time will tell I am confident they did a good job at a fair price.

Came promptly and supplied, painted and fitted a new external door for us. He spotted som other problems and rectified them Happy with the work and am offering him another job with us.
