We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. 'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. It's very refreshing to find a true Tradesman. He came and offered advice along with his quote. Once accepted, within days he was on site preparing to rebuild my boundary wall. 2 days later it's finished and what a fantastic job too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any one requiring work to be done. My job was posted on the 27th October and it's now 13th November all complete. Well done.
