Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

Dan got in touch quickly & was able to fix toilet, install a new kitchen tap & identify problem with shower quickly. He returned to fix the shower promptly once the part arrived.
