Responsive and punctual. I needed a capped gas pipe for a hob reconnected with a tap. All done no problems.
I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

However, it's been a few years that I've changed careers and am working in the trade. I am now a Gas Safe Registered engineer and actively undertake all plumbing and heating work. I’ve done a handful of bathroom and kitchen fitting projects and I can handle all aspects of the work, from plumbing and electrics all the way to tiling and grouting. Electrical work can be done, overseen and certified by an NICEIC approved contractor. Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. The job was A1 and explained everything to me and my wife. Lots of good thigs about Rowan so I will give him 10* all round. Thanks Rowan.
