Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

I had to replace a conventional boiler with a combi and assumed it would be a big job, how wrong was I. Two days after quoting for the job everything was completed in one day.
