Hi, I am an experienced, time served plumber. I approach all aspects of my work to ‘best practice’ standards. No cutting corners, no short cuts, no cheap materials. The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Completed a power flush. Good communication, agreed on a date, confirm the time the day before, came on time and get the job done. Found problem with boiler, stayed to make sure we get the boiler insurance sorted. Very happy and will use again.

Tomek rewired our 3 bedroomed house whilst we were living in the property and we would highly recommend him. We used to come home every night and you would not know that a major job was being done. His work is very neat, he is very polite and nothing was an issue. He said the job would take 4 weeks and it did.
