This turned out to be a larger job than I'd been lead to believe when posting. Dean quoted a price for repair as stated or replacing the boiler, we went for the latter in the end as the existing boiler was 18 years old and probably pretty much knackered. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
