Really impressed with the Pow property team. The communication from the start was great! Always updated on plans and progress. From quote to completion work was quick but this wasn’t at detriment to the quality of work. Everything was thought through in detail and executed to the highest standard.

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis.
