Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I can highly recommend Ryan - he was very quick to get in touch, arrange an appointment to quote for the job and had the task completed within 4 days of my initial enquiry!!! His work is excellent, great quality, super competitive price and he is a very organised and neat worker. He is very pleasant in his manner and i would highly recommend him and shall indeed use him again.

This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future. Thank you for an excellent job Craig and Nathan.

Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Mel quoted and was able to complete the job very quickly. I had been trying to get someone for some time that wasn't asking a ridiculous price to remove the old warm air boiler. He cleared up after finishing and arranged to have the scrap removed. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would happily recommend him to anyone needing a gas engineer.

Mr Plumber (Paul) was excellent. He arrived on time and was very professional completing the work as requested with no problems and as quoted. We now have a toilet that is working properly again : ) I would recommend him and if I needed a plumber in future, I would contact him again.

First class workmanship, the pipes underneath sink in a very difficult place, But the job very well done and they cleaned up when job was done, I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants a good clean job with polite workmen. GG.
