Despite encountering some issues with the items we provided, he overcame them all He was quick to respond to our ad, graciously fitted us in to his busy schedule the next day, arrived on time and completed the tasks within timeframe. His work is excellent and he is a very pleasant and efficient professional. We were so pleased we asked him to come back two days later to replace another set of taps, which he did despite being busy.
