Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.
