Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. Rodney and Joe have been very helpful with my request. Initially, there was a leak with the filter and this was fixed on the day. However, I also experienced a boiler pressure issue which Rodney and Joe have also fixed. Their work involved.1.Supplied and fitted new pressure relief valve 2. Reppresurised expansion vessel. 3. Cleaned out pressure relief valve system 4. Tested for leaks 5. Fired up boiler, tested and waited until it's fully functional. I would recommend Rodney and Joe for their services

We're so delighted that we went with TBC.
