The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of the quality of work expected from high-end clients. Mr Lewis took the job at a short notice and arrived exactly on time. His fault diagnosis on our combi boiler and plumbing was quick; he explained the issue the really well (with a diagram!) and how to fix it. He also serviced the boiler while explaining what he was doing which was helpful. His rate was definitely reasonable, with no surprise costs. Highly recommended tradesperson, and we will be requesting his services again for additional plumbing work.

(for various reasons I am currently still running the old boiler and not switching just yet, so no work has been undertaken at this stage).
