I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Excellent professional and polite service. The work was carried out to a high standard quickly and cleanly. Additionally, the customer service element was exceptional. Always willing to spend time to answer questions and explain the mechanics involved as well as provide out of hours responses. A genuinely first class service I would highly recommend and use again.

We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

Artur and Adrian were very professional and did an immaculate job for my cloakroom. They consulted with me every step of the way . Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom. No hesitation in recommending.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.
