Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. Completed a power flush. Good communication, agreed on a date, confirm the time the day before, came on time and get the job done. Found problem with boiler, stayed to make sure we get the boiler insurance sorted. Very happy and will use again.

Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
