Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.
