We had several quotes for the refurbishment of our bathroom and cloakroom, but it was Mariusz we chose because he took a real interest in the project and was so knowledgeable about everything. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
