First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Tony, unfortunately the issues started only after a couple of years but we didn’t want to ask you back. We spent much more than our ‘small budget’.
