All I can say is that I was really in a fix as the boiler packed up over the Christmas period. Antonio of About Town provided a very competitive deal with a 7 year warranty on a Worcester Bosch. He arrived the day after Boxing Day and replaced the old boiler without any fuss or bother. My experience was that he is very knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and meticulous. Also he's approved by Worcester Bosch and will arrive on time rain, weather or shine.

Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

Highly recommend Vincent. We talk by Phone and He came after half hour. He is very professional and and he know what he’s doing. We had a problem with our gas boiler in the middle of the winter time and vas really helpful someone come quickly and check it. Vincent check the all system and give some good information as well.

I used Alva for my kitchen refit. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Also, I always felt they were making suggestions or recommendations in my best interests. Their strength is ultimately in the quality of workmanship, after all that is what I paid them for and that is what they delivered. Would definitely recommend.

David carried out the work exactly as he said he would. He took care to do things properly and fixed one or two other things as he went about the main job. He was completely reliable and I'd definitely recommend him to others and will probably use him again myself.

The job was completed quickly and professionaly. The final cost of the job was exactly as quoted with no unexpected additions. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. Here I would like to thank Adam for his proffissional work. He is very through, very meticulous, very good in his appointments and very decent in his prices. He is also very informative if you ask him about the job details. I would recommend for similar jobs and certainly I shall look for him if I got a problem with central heating.
