I am a fully qualified plumber with 35 years of experience and gas safe registered heating engineer for the past 20 years doing boiler repairs boiler installs and system upgrades and gas safety certificates and servicing. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
