Richard fitted a new outdoor light sensor and found out why decking lights were not working. He was helpful, pleasant and kept working until the new sensor was working properly and until he was satisfied that the cause of the problem with the decking lights was clear.

Kenneth came to my property within a couple of hours of contract. He quickly found that it was faulty wiring and seemed concerned and made sure it was safe before leaving. He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional.
