Steve is a nice man, who carried out all the work to a high standard. But more importantly he was professional , reliable and communicates well. Ciprian did the EICR in my flat today. All went well. He also spotted that two of my bathroom ceiling lights were not to standard and replaced them. Nice chap and did what he said he would do. I would hire him again.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.
