There was no answer when I called him and I have heard nothing further from him. The 1* is for the initial contact but I found that he is unreliable. Cannot comment on his work as he didn't do any

Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.
