Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..

I had an issue with three fence panels and a few posts that were weak . I had a quote after I had put up the job with photos but there was actually more damage due to the winds . A tree had to be sorted out too . All this was done in a professional manner . Rich explained everything before doing the job including the price . A tree that was leaning over had to be sorted . Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me.
