I had a good idea of what I wanted with a replacement bathroom suite for a rental flat, but needed advice on the reburbishment of the small and awkward-shaped kitchen. Jason came up with some really good ideas and I was very pleased with the results. They worked quickly, quietly and kept to the quotation. I couldn't ask for more.

I am a Welfare Caseworker for EEIBA and needed a reliable and trustworthy Electrician for a client. I used Rated People and was very impressed with Ian's prompt response, friendly manner and willingness to provide the credentials I required. Notwithstanding his very competetive quote. The work was carried out within a few days of accepting the quote and my client was very impressed with the service he provided. Jacques came to install a shower screen and fix a light. Within hours, the shower screen fell and shattered because he failed to anchor it correctly. The light he fixed now only turns on but won’t turn off. Despite multiple calls from me and my tenants, he’s ignoring all contact. His high rating is misleading and possibly manipulated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using him. And because of him, i dot think i want to use rated people anymore
