He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. Really good tidy work. we needed some patchwork done on plaster board and Matt did a great job matching the textured ceiling. Very tidy and our lights look exactly how we wanted them to be.
This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job.
