My 'simple' fix wasn't quite so simple but Steve completed the work in timely manner. He was very considerate (was careful to not walk in work boots through the house) and the job was completed to an excellent standard. I'd never used Steve before but the trade-body memberships were sound and now I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
