He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Not the best experience. They came out and looked at my combi boiler because I had no hot water. They seemed unsure about what the issue was and had to phone a helpline for advice which didn’t fill me with confidence. After diagnosing what they thought was the issue I was told that it would need a part which would need to be ordered. I agreed and was told that it could take a day or two for it to arrive. I waited and heard nothing so I decided to send a text and call them a few times but I got no response.
