John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
