Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.

He turned up on time and completed the work required, double checking my preferences where needed. Made minimal mess and did clean whatever little there was. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
