Jim and his team of electricians were very friendly and polite, but most importantly of all, knowledgeable!! The wiring was a lot more of a mess and dangerous than initially thought, but the work continued with no fuss, and I felt very confident that all the wiring work undertaken was done to a very high standard. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
