Called me ten minutes after placing the request. Daniel immediately arranged to do the job the next morning and gave me a cost at the same time. He called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. When he arrived, we discussed the work in more detail and he completed everything very quickly and neatly. Provided a test certificate as requested. He was a very pleasant and professional. This is what I expect from a company who is registered as a NIC EIC electrician and would recommend others to do the same.

As an electrician my number one goal is customer safety and regulation compliance as they both have to go together for an installation to be complainant and safe for consumers. My qualifications are level 3 fully competent and trained electrical installation. Fully qualified to the 18th edition and I am also registered with NAPIT as a competent electrical installer.
