I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I had some really fiddly bespoke work, he worked with me, gave me ideas and came up with fantastic solutions.. Can not recommend Dave and Tom enough !! They came to rip out our old, dated stud board stair wall and replaced it with a beautiful oak and metal balustrade and spindles. They are punctual, friendly and hardworking. Fabulous job done at short notice at a very good price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future jobs !! ????

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
The work was completed efficiently and with suprisingly little interuption to my daily life despite the full rewire required for the property I live in. I would use this tradesman again and thought the price was at the level I had expected. Job completed on time with no issues
