The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

I am very pleased with the work that Alan did for me and I would highly recommend him. Alan responded to my ad and arranged a time to visit for a quote. After discussing my requirements, it was clear to me that Alan is an experienced tiler with lots of knowledge. Communication was excellent and a week later he arrived on time, completed the job within the expected timeframe and cleaned up before leaving. This family have been marvelous, getting a very urgent collection sorted out for me mega quickly, so that l would not lose my property permanently (which was likely to happen imminently), and which would have caused me great distress. Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.

Very pleased with the work done, not quite finished yet but happy to pay the bill and await their return next week to complete works. Work done quickly and efficiently. Happy to answer my numerous questions. Fairly priced and able to do more than just plastering which was what I needed. Would have no reservations to recommend and would definitely use again.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.
