Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Finally, my wife and I were confident we were in good hands and would highly recommend Lewis and plan to have him back next year to carry out further work. It is nice to be quoted a fixed price per square metre. Lee works to a high standard and worked at the weekend to get the job done. I will definitely use Luxor Services again.

Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic solution for us. He is professional, great with communication and when our job spec changed, it was not a problem. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

We hired Ryan to rewire our whole house and he did the job to a professional and high standard in just over 6 days including working on the weekend. Ryan didn’t hesitate to answer my many questions and he kept us updated throughout the whole job. Ryan is a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy who fulfilled all our expectations. He is definitely more reasonable in price than other quotes we had. We would highly recommend him for any small or major works and use his services again.

Kenneth came to my property within a couple of hours of contract. He quickly found that it was faulty wiring and seemed concerned and made sure it was safe before leaving. He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. I will certainly be asking him to come back and sort a few minor issues in the future.
