We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. They have done an Absolutely Brilliant Job and were very helpful even went the extra mile to make sure everything looked good and were very clean and tidy. Everyone on site liked the bathrooms and were impressed with the fine craftsmanship of the job. We will hire them again in the future.

On day of job the electrician arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected-that doesn't happen often. He looked a lot younger than I had expected. I had expected to have to buy a new fuse box. I was losing power frequently. He carefully checked all circuits. Then announced the fault was outside. The outside switch to an outside light was full of water.
