Hi, I am a director of my own company specializing in electrical and fire alarm installations and maintence contracts. I have been a sole trader for 2 years and have worked in the industry for 7 years. I have worked in different environments such as agriculture and domestic and also have worked on suppression systems in food factories and data centres. I am a level 3 qualified electrician with test and inspection knowledge.i also have my 18th edition qualifications. I can also undertake PAT testing, Electrical Vehicle Charging points and fire alarm contracts if required. I am a tidy tradesman with experience in building as well so can also plaster and make good. Fully qualified 18th edition electrician who completed an apprenticeship when I worked in the commercial and industrial industry on 3 phase and single phase systems then moving on to working in the domestic market completing contracts for housing associations, aswell as working in schools and commercial offices. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Will definitely be using 1st Choice Property Maintenance again!

Artur of Max Art was very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving furniture, masking etc. even coming back to check his work after the paint had dried.
