Ion was helpful and reliable. He is professional, cares about what he does and customer service. As a female, I felt safe with him in my home. I am very pleased with my bathroom.
Needed plug sockets and bathroom extractor fan repaired. Only repaired one plug saying other couldn’t be fixed and cleaned extractor fan claiming it now worked. Since got second opinion and plug can be repaired and extractor fan still no good so need to pay for someone else to fit a new one. Fan stuck really badly to wall, looks awful and left dirty hand prints all over the paint work. In summary I paid £75 to essentially have a plug repaired.
