What a fantastic experience. First rate work undertaken on a difficult project (1930s 5 bed house full rewire) and completed on time and on budget. My wife and I could not have been happier with: - the quality of work - the tidiness of the house when finished; or - the character of Matt, Dan and the team. If only all trades were like this. Roy Shepard plastered my kitchen ceiling. He arrived promptly and began straight away. He made sure all surfaces were covered and he was really freindly and polite. He did a fantastic job and cleared up after himself. I would recommend him and use him again.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Tony is a brilliant electrical! He worked on pretty much rewiring our entire house. He is prompt on his timing and works relentlessly, we could not more impressed with his hard work and quality of service. Thoroughly recommend him for any electrical work. Thank you.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.
