I have expertise in project managing complete refurbishments and major house renovation projects such as extensions, new kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. I am skilled in most trades and work with a team of other tradesman who between us can take in all work.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
