I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

I have had a disappointing service from this gentleman unfortunately he has not completed the work because we had disagreements about payment.He told he's rate is £1 per brick to lay, and in hes calculation was 370 bricks to build a bbq.We agreed to start in 2 days, he came late at 11.40am at about 4 pm when the work was nearing completion I counted the bricks and it was 220 so I said I owe £220 he got very angry and he left unfinished job I paid him £300 Next day had finish myself and clean mess he left
