Genuinely haven’t encountered a better tradesman and I’ve refurbished a fair few houses. Michal has turned up when he said he would, his work is immaculate, he is tidy, clean and diligent. Cancelled on the day of the job, re arranged for the following week. Never showed up on the rearranged day, ignored texts and phone calls. Wasted two weeks, we won’t be able to get the job done now as we’ve run out of time.
