Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Really sound guy. Was quick at getting back to me and quick on the job too. Very chatty and lovely! Glad he is local as I will use him again. Had advice for future electrical related things like picking up on my smoke alarm being faulty and kitchen light being the wrong fitting. Definitely recommend!
