Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. Didn't seem to have the skills and integrity of a "qualified" tradesman. Said it would take two men two days to strip ONE room that I had stripped mostly myself. My budget was as stated £500, his quotation was double this at £1,020.00. He also overestimated the time to paint the skirting board, this would also take two days or more, the room isn't large it is 4mtrs by 5mtrs. His manner did not strike me as workmanlike, and I would certainly not recommend him to anybody i know.
