Neville and Wayne have recently removed our carpet and replaced it with laminate flooring. Neville contacted me and came out and measured up and listened to what we wanted, he then swiftly replied with a quote and arranged a date for completion. Once on site Neville and Wayne were keen to get the job done but also partial to the odd coffee now and again, they always tidied up after every day and were punctual the next day to carry on . Unexpected cost for cutting tiles, an extra £5 per meter, apparently due to the type of tile. Paid extra to have levelling compound put down, unfortunately didn’t get the desired finish, quite a few tiles not level. Very nice chap,
