I have 10 years of vast experience in housing maintenance undertaking all aspect of maintenance, repairs and renewal jobs for a know letting company, I have also completed a HNC in Construction and Building Maintenance which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in building regulation, bills of quantity and the process of housing building and maintenance. We are also qualified to test, inspect and issue condition reports and certificates for domestic and commercial installations and for the private rental sector. Our plumbing work is carried out by a City and Guilds qualified plumber holding level 2 qualification in installation.
