This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.
