Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Good initial advice offered and job completed as per quote. 1 star down as did not turn up on original date arranged and took a while to get correct facia fitted to finalise the job.
